Crank with Fuel Smell but No Start

Just visited the car. As mentioned, the car had sit idle without battery for about a year. The visit this afternoon initially was just to check for its' electrical component functions. Thus, asked the workshop to install a battery.

After installing battery, I tested all electrical devices such as lamps, the wipers, hazard lights, air-cond blower, and etc; they works fine. The instrument cluster light and warnings was ON as well. Unfortunately the low fuel warning ON with needle showing almost zero in tank fuel.

The next this we do is to inspect all fluids, started from engine oil, the automatic transmission fluid (ATF), power steering fluid, the coolant. They all seems in good condition (color) and in enough quantity. This made me confident that there is no leaks; imagine after 1 year, even a small leak will cause the fluids to dried up. Prior to that I also did undercarriage look-up and yes no fluids traces.

One thing that I noticed is that, when I put the key at II position, I can hear buzzing sound coming around the air intake manifold under the engine bay. After a while of letting the key at position II, we can smell petrol fumes from that (around the belly air intake manifold) area. This made us think that perhaps petrol are there already; pumped and ready to fire-off.

Then we crank-off! The crank power seems good, the engine did not produce any weird kind of sound during cranking but the car just do not start after few cranks. We just stop there; it is expected from a car that been idled for 1 year! So, will do more readings and research on the buzzing & petrol smell. Watch video below for the cranking session; if you have any views drop off your comment to help me :)
